Our version of the English summer classic. We make our own cordial from locally picked elderflowers and add fresh lemon juice and sparkling water to create this delicate drink that leaves a satisfying tang on your tongue. Refreshing, lemony and floral it brings to mind cricket on a village green, picnics by the river - you get the picture!

Ingredients (By volume): Water, sugar, elderflowers (3.5%), fresh lemon juice, citric acid.

Lovely’s original elderflower drink - a lightly sparkling, floral presse that won Silver at the 2009 Taste of the West Food and Drink Awards. An all year round favourite, very popular with the ladies and great for special occasions. Kids love it too.

Ingredients (By volume): Water, elderflowers (4%), lemon juice, citric acid, English rose petals.

We found a Victorian recipe for lavender lemonade that we really wanted to revive but we couldn’t quite make it work. We tried adding a little cordial and some rose and the result is a gorgeous floral, but sharp and refreshing drink. A real thirst quencher!

By chance we got hold of a load of good quality locally grown blackcurrants. We just added a little elderflower cordial and some fizz to create this medium dry sparkling drink.

Ingredients (by volume): Sparkling water, blackcurrants (20%), sugar, elderflowers (3.5%), lemon juice, citric acid.

We won Gold at the 2009 Great Taste Awards for this crisp thirst-quenching drink, perfect for those who like a drier flavour. Very popular with families as both kids and adults love it. Made with single variety Grenadier apples and local elderflowers.

Ingredients (by volume): Grenadier apple juice (40%), water, sugar, elderflowers (3%), lemon juice, citric acid, Vitamin C as an anti-oxidant.

A sweet sparkling drink with no added sugar! Made with our sweet apple juice and blackcurrants from Somerset and nothing else! Great as a healthy choice for kids and anyone who prefers not to have sugar.

We made this for kids who don’t like fizz - and like the Fizzy Apple & Blackcurrant it has no added sugar. Made with our sweet Somerset apple juice, blackcurrants and nothing else!

Everyone was asking us to make ginger beer but we wanted to do it properly or not at all. We persuaded a West Indian friend to give us his mum’s traditional recipe from Jamaica - we reckon it’s been worth waiting for! Made with fresh ginger and fresh lime juice.
