We take our own infusion made from handpicked elderflowers and add fresh lemon juice and sparkling water to create this refreshing, floral fizz that leaves a satisfying tang on your tongue. Uplifting and lemony, it brings to mind sunshine, cricket on the village green, picnics by the river - you get the picture!

Ingredients (By volume): Water, sugar, elderflowers (3.5%), fresh lemon juice, citric acid.
